Add a new record or edit the existing record in any module from the portal and it will get reflected in Salesforce.
If the Add/Edit/Delete accessible rights are provided from the CRM side in the user role wise, the user can add/edit/delete the record of that module.
As per the configuration in the Block settings in the Portal Manage page, the user will get the Add/Edit page.
