Any changes done in the Layout Settings (Salesforce side) should be synced from the Layout Sync section in WordPress in order to reflect it on the portal side.
Here, you will get the list of changes done that need to be synced in order to enable it for the portal users.
Click on the Run Sync button to sync the Layout Settings
If there are changes to sync, then a “No Data to Sync” message will appear, and the Run Sync button will be disabled.
