PortalXpand-Installation

After purchasing the “PortalXpand” plug-in for the SalesforceCRM, you need to install the package. You will get the link to install the package in your email ID.

 

After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the Salesforce login page. Log in using your Salesforce credentials. Now, from the Installation page, you need to select the “Install for Admins Only” option.

 

Tick the “I acknowledge ..” checkbox and click on the Install button to install the “PortalXpand” package. Once the installation process is completed, you will see the “Installation Complete” summary in the popup.

 

To complete the installation, click on the Done button to finish the installation process.

 

By clicking on the “Done” button, you will be redirected to the Installed Packages Here, you will see the installed PortalXpand listed in the ‘Installed Packages’ table.

 

Once you installed the package, log in to PortalXpand and you must configure CRM Authentication to start syncing the data with Salesforce.
