Any Case Document uploaded by the portal user will be visible from Module ➤ Case Documents. You can also upload the documents on the behalf of your customers by clicking on the “+Create” button. 
– Name: Insert the name of the document
– Attachment: Upload the attachment
– Active: Select the Active status of the case document from Yes/No
– Customer: Select the customer for which you are adding the case document
After inserting the information, click on the Submit button and the document will be submitted.
