How to Change Email Templates

When Mass Credentials are generated, a user is registered from the portal or requested for a forgotten password, then an email will be sent to the portal user with their credentials. For that, the admin is required to set an email template. 

For Salesforce Classic:

  • Navigate to the Portal Settings in ‘All Tabs’.

  • Select email templates.

  • Click on save to set the email template.

For Salesforce Lightning:

  • Navigate to the Portal Settings option.

  • Enter Portal URL and Select email templates.

  • Click on save to set the email template.
