When Mass Credentials are generated, a user is registered from the portal or requested for a forgotten password, then an email will be sent to the portal user with their credentials. For that, the admin is required to set an email template.
For Salesforce Classic:
- Navigate to the Portal Settings in ‘All Tabs’.
- Select email templates.
- Click on save to set the email template.
For Salesforce Lightning:
- Navigate to the Portal Settings option.
- Enter Portal URL and Select email templates.
- Click on save to set the email template.
