What are the Additional Details needed for Adding a Custom Module?

We are providing custom module support in all our customer portals. To add custom modules, you need to login into your CRM portal and follow the following steps;

Salesforce Customer Portal

On the CRM side there is an Object Configuration setting in the Salesport app. You can  see an option called ‘Custom Objects’ which is disabled by default. You just have to enable the Custom Objects  by dragging and dropping.

After you enable that, you need to give access to the role setting page in the CRM side. Then you need to set the layout accordingly. Now the portal users can see custom objects that you enabled from the CRM.
