No, you can’t have multiple email templates for a particular email action. Only one email template will be available for a particular email action. You can set different email templates as per requirements for different email actions (Ex. Registration, Forgot Password, Verify Email etc.). You can edit the existing email templates from the list.
You can add a new “Email template” by clicking on the “Create Email Template” button.
Create Email Template
Email Action: Select the Email Action for the template.
Status: For enabling it keep the status “Active”.
Subject: Enter the subject for the E-mail.
Body: Enter the Body for the email template.
After configuring all the details click on the “Save” button to save the email template in your store.
