CRMJetty offers a 30 Days Money-Back policy for the majority of the products. If you face any issue and want to claim a refund, you must do it in the first 30 days after buying our product. Once we receive communication from your official email address regarding the refund, we will process the Full Refund in 5 working days.
For the convenience of our customers, we provide an Auto-Renewal feature for monthly and annual subscriptions. Our customers can cancel their subscription even after five days of the renewal date. Suppose our customers fail to update us within the time frame, in which case, the following could be possible – (1) For Monthly Payment – we will cancel your subscription so that the auto-renewal cycle will be canceled with no refunds for payments already processed. (2) For Yearly Payment – We will provide the refund on a pro-rata basis for the remaining subscription period.
Note: The yearly subscription consists of 10 monthly payments, and the rest two months are free.
If you want to request a refund, you must submit your issue or trouble within the first 30 days after the payment date. We will review the repayment period from the start of the month until the end of the subscription period.
