If Host CRMJetty Portal in your VM/server system:
Make Sure you are fulfilling the Server Prerequisites before setting up the CRMJetty Portal.
CRMJetty Portal setup
- We will make deployment folders for CRMJetty Portal API and Website and host these folders in your system in IIS.
- We will create 1 MS SQL database (Standard version or SQL Express) for CRMJetty Portal and use it on the portal Website.
- CRMJetty Portal CRM Package needs to be installed in CRM.
After CRMJetty Portal deployment, the 1st step is needed to authenticate CRM in CRMJetty Portal Admin for the working portal.
CRM Authentication
Follow this user manual instruction to authenticate the CRM. In the plan details, you will find Portal Settings → CRM Authentication section.
There are 2 authentication methods.
- OAuth (Use this method for dynamics 365 online versions) (Register Azure AD App for oAuth)
- Credential (Use this method for dynamics on-premise versions)
If Host CRMJetty Portal in Azure Server:
In the azure server, you need to create 2 app services, one for PX API and the second for PX Website.
In the azure server, you need to create 1 database to use it with the PX website.
- CRMJetty Portal CRM Package needs to be installed in CRM.
You need to provide us with the azure details temporarily, and we will host the api, website, and database for you.
