What are the Details Required to Connect with CRM?

When you purchase our CRM product, you need to fill-up some details to connect with the CRM portal. You will be needed to fill details like Licence Key, CRM URL, Username, Passwords, etc. The type of details will vary depending on which CRM product you are purchasing. So here are all the details you need to fill for our different products to make a connection with the CRM portal:

Salesforce Customer Portal

  1. Licence Key (You can get this from CRMJetty when you purchase our portal)
  2. Consumer Key (You can get this from Salesforce once connected app is created from Salesforce)
  3. Consumer Secret Key (You can get this from Salesforce once connected app is created from Salesforce)
  4. Username (Salesforce Username)
  5. Password (Salesforce Password of User)
  6. Access Token (You can get this from Salesforce once connected app is created from Salesforce)
  7. Mode (Live and Sandbox – According to Salesforce)

Sugar/Suite Customer Portal

  1. Licence Key (You can get this from CRMJetty when you purchase our portal).
  2. CRM URL
  3. CRM Username
  4. CRM Password

Dynamics CRM Customer Portal
