Yes, the documents uploaded by the customers are automatically synced with Sharepoint and Dynamics CRM. We use real-time data processing in our customer portal. So if any customer uploads any document, that document will automatically be added in Sharepoint and Dynamics CRM. There is no need to manually sync any documents or to add them to the Sharepoint and Dynamics CRM.
